Claims Management
If you need to make a claim, it’s our job to take the information on what happened and make a decision on whether it is covered by your policy. You can get started by clicking one of the buttons above and using our online portal to submit the details we need.
Repairs and Replacements
If your claim is accepted and you’ve settled any excess payment, we then sort out what happens next. We’ll either repair your device with the best parts possible, or if it cannot be repaired, or has been lost or stolen, we’ll organise a replacement as close as possible to your current gadget.
